Lenders

representing institutional and individual lenders and investors in residential and commercial loan transactions

Corporations

formation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships;  partnership and shareholder agreements

Business

representation in business purchase and sale transactions, with or without real property involved;  review and closing of institutional lender's transactions

Estates

probate of estates including the sale of real property comprising part of the probate estate; simple wills and trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care surrogate designations and living wills

Landlord-Tenant

preparation of leases; consultation with landlords and tenants with respect to rights and liabilities; evictions
